Terrible customer service from Public mobile. I have emailed them a few times. Explaining in great detail what my situation is, the entire process i went through, all the numbers they need and was not contacted. So i work as a litigation lawyer and need a phone for my business. I WILL take matters into my own hands if this situation is not resolved. Warm regards.

Most of have tired every which way to try to reach out to have our issues looked at but have made no progress.
