Unsuccessful Porting from PC Mobile

Hi all

 

I signed up for the 3mo/12GB plan and activated with a temporary number.

 

Now I am trying to port a number from PC mobile and have been getting the following error:

"We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance."

 

I sent PM an email 2 days ago now and then sent a private message to the mods, specifically Mary_M yesterday afternoon. The private message still has not been read. Can the mods please help me? I use this phone for business and would really appreciate a quick response.

I did not enter any dashes in the phone number. I get the same error message regardless of whether the authorized to port box box is checked or not.

 

I get the error when I check eligibility to port. I do not get to the stage where I have to put in account number, PIN etc.

 

Also I am a post paid PC mobile customer.

Please provide more information.

 

At which stage did you get the message?
Make sure you check the "I am authorize to port" box first before proceeding any further.
Please make sure to not key in any dashes for account #, number and letters only.
