Hi, I want to unsubscribe my PM subscription because I am returning to my home country in a few weeks. But I still need the service up until my next renewal date. Can I press unsubscribe auto renewal in the App? Will I lose my data immediately or do I keep it until my next monthly renewal date? I’m just a bit unsure because in the last step of that process in the app, the button says “cancel subscription” and I still need it for a few weeks. Thank you for your help in advance

disable SUBSCRIBED before your next regular plan renewal. You'll still have service until next regular plan renewal fails. Once your regular plan renewal fails due to non pay, you get 90 days in which you can pay and resume service again. If not paid within the 90 days, your PM account is deactivated and you won't be able to retrieve it. You'd need a new sim to start a new account and you'd be given opportunity to select a new number.

the unsubscribe will only stop PM from renewing your account, ie, you will still able to use your service until the end of the current cycle. So,, if you leave Canada before the end of the current cycle, you are safe to turn off Subscribed
