I want to unsubscribe from public mobile.

@gettoitism , be sure to ask support to remove your credit card from the account.  There have been instances reported that deactivated accounts continue to be charged.

@gettoitism  In your account turn off auto subscribe and the plan won’t renew and you won’t be charged again , the account will be closed in 90 days . So you have 90 days to change your mind and make manual payment again to keep it . 

Turn auto subscribe off/on

If your unable to log into your account you can always ask support to remove the credit card on file right away also 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

but if you want to keep the phone number port number out to new carrier and that will close the account also

hi @gettoitism just login My Account, go to Payment and Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed 

if you cannot login, then ask support to help to remove the credit card .  Message them
