I need help on unlocking my PM SIM card! I tried attempting to unlock it myself but it’s now PM end to unlock it for me!

I submitted both ticket and sent private message to agent, but none of them got reply. I would suggest PM to add "unlock SIM card" function in My Account page. the agent replied so slowly.

@Beastgaming4040 if you know it is a sim pin PUK, follow this
If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing "Locked SIM"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there.

@Beastgaming4040 you sure it is a SIM PUK you are looking for? if it is a sim pin, try 1111 or 1234 or 0000
or what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places
If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier unlock code.
(PM would not be able to help with this)
