Hi
I bought a public mobile phone but i noticed it is locked to public / Telus' network. I would like to unlock it to have more flexibility. What is the process? CRTC mandates that carriers offer this option for free. https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2019/2019-169.htm

@carone1 usually phones you got from PM are all unlocked, but it's true that could have missed
