Hi there, I have a plan with unlimited Canada wide minutes, but repeatedly when I've tried to call people it doesn't go through and a robot voice tells me that I'm out of minutes

As per @hairbag1  the system isn't perfect. Best thing you can do is reboot your phone. If it happens again, go into network settings and turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile then reboot.

that happens to me occasionally. I just redial until the call completes successfully.
