I just switched over from Fido and had to turn off Live VM there (as per Fido CS) as it would not allow voice messages to be properly saved when live VM is used in conjunction. I can read messages as it’s coming in but there is no actual recorded message to be retrieved. Wondering if that feature works better here at PM.
please note: I am not asking how to turn it on. Simply wondering if it works well with PM, cause it did not with Fido.

Well, low and behold, @Wdee , I found this and so here it is:
What iOS 17's Live Voicemail Means for Your Public... - Community (publicmobile.ca)
(edit: i use an Android on this service, so wasn't something i ever paid attention to before...)

Sorry @Wdee , no such feature here (i was incorrect - see my follow up post)
This place is a pretty low-frills service otherwise.

@Wdee - When outside service range - it will automatically default to the normal Public Mobile Voicemail but when inside the service coverage area it will answer calls without LD charges. It may get crackly if you are in a remote or bad service location.
So live voicemail will work on PM but when you get outside of coverage (No Service) it'll default to voicemail.
