That is the voicemail number.

It doesn’t show on my phone.  It shows up on my bill.

What phone do you have?

You can block it on your phone setting.

We can help once we know what phone you have.

You can also install a Spam Call app like Truecaller.

hi @Edith7  something you can  do on your phone.  You can just click on  the phone number from the history and select block.  or add it to your contact and block.  But the caller will still get redirected to Vm.  There is no network level block
