@Marilyn19 Are you located in Nova Scotia or PEI. Is the number 1 902 580 4001? This is your voicemail number if you are in the 902 area code.

Does the number end with xxx-yyy-4001? These are calls to your voicemail. (unanswered incoming calls forwarded to your VMbox, or direct calls when you check your messages)
If you are on a metered plan (like the $15/100 outgoing minutes), people leaving a voice mail is not deducting any minutes, but you checking messages from your cell phone does. You could call your cell number from another phone and press star (*) to access the voicemail system with your voicemail PIN, and/or buy the $5/500minutes non-expiring add-on for peace of mind.
If you are on an unlimited talk plan ($25 and up) these calls are inconsequential.
Edited for clarification
The last two lines in this screen shot are calls to my voice mail box.

Is the phone number ending 4001?
If yes, it is the PM voicemail system. PM forward your incoming calls to your voicemail when no answer or not available.
