When you are in your account. Go to the Payment tab>Payment History. There should be a positive Automatic Top-up for your next month payment and a withdraw for the Purchased Plan in negative.
If this is not correct then contact a CS_Agent at:

Or type in Submit a Ticket on the Chat icon for an agent to help you.
BTW, any extra charges will remain in your account as credit to pay for your next month’s bill.

ok yes I’m now able to log on now and see my account. However I see a charge for $114 on my bank account from Public Mobile on May 16 and it’s not on my payment history. How do I learn more about this charge? Thanks!

You must be logged in to this community (such as you would to make a post here) for the link to work but you don't have to be logged in to your phone acccount.
Often we in the community can help with problems if you'd like to give us more details of what's happening (new customer, existing customer, what phone, physical sim, esim etc) but no personal info since this is not private

I’ve just tried to login (5:46 eastern time) through the browser and it’s working fine for me. Perhaps there was another minor outage last night for updates. Try logging in again, and let us know if you both encounter issues.

The PM app and website is back online. If you are having issues login then click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket after 9:00am EST.

There is a page saying there are updates happening back in March and I can't login. The app is garbage. Why isn't this fixed yet? Everything I login in it just takes me back to that page.
