Hi,
Earlier this year, I signed up for the 60GB 5G plan with a 50% discount for 24 months, and I have been paying $20 per month.
However, I noticed today that my plan has been changed to the 150GB 5G plan for $45 per month. I never made any changes to my plan, so I don't understand how this happened.

I am also on the same plan with 50% discount - Be very careful if you change plans you would definitely loose your discount.Your out of luck If you accidentally upgraded but if not you should contact CS ASAP. -------Also --I'm not sure of this and don't want to try it - but maybe if you disable auto pay and are late with a payment you may lose the discount.

hi @Hyerinkim
PM has been sending some plan offers by SMS, maybe you accepted by mistake?
but instead of me guessing, ask PM agent to check and help
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit ticket by direct message:

So how do you explain those 150 GB?

No I didnt miss autopay.

hi @Hyerinkim
did Autopay missed the payment? if so, then yes, the payment will change back to 100%. But you can get the 50% back easily. Just make a full payment first. The system will add the $20 back as a credit within 3 days and your next auto payment will be back to 50% off
for the $5, that is a 3G legacy network charge. You are using a phone that is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist. There is such a charge because 3G is retiring soon, in March 2027. You need a new phone that is on the whitelist to get the $5 off , and if you do nothing, you wont get any voice call when 3G ends in March
you can confirm if your phone really not on the whitelist by using the IMEI checker here:
