I purchased an esim and my phone isn't compatible. I can't request a refund because I'm stuck on the activation step and I can't access anything else on my account.

hi @Rawbyn you can still continue with the activation, just use physical sim. Buy a Public Mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo store near you You cam then ask support to change the sim card number for you

@Rawbyn - Please buy a SIM card on the Public Mobile website for $10, or at any Mobile Klinik / TELUS or Koodo corporate stores. They also have them on Amazon for $5.
