Unauthorized access

I cannot log into my account and I already reset my password. Every time I try to log in, the unauthorized access text pops up. Can someone help?

Hello @Danny1009 The Public Mobile website is known for having cache issues. Yes, you've reset everything but the cache within your browser is still reading old data. With that being said, wait just over an hour, open your browser and clear your cache, history and cookies and then restart your browser. Then try again. If that doesn't work, then reach out to a CS Agent to help resolve. Just know that it may take several hours or even days to get back to you as they are dealing with a tickets right now.
