Hello,
I set up an account two weeks ago and organised for my other phone provider to stop this morning. Yesterday I tried to log in to my account and it said my email address could not be verified.
I went through the registration process again and I have been charged but the PM site said there was a problem with processing. My SIM is not working.
When I try to log in I continue to get email address cannot be verified' messages.
My phone is not working today and it is my work and personal phone 😕
I emailed PM yesterday but have not heard back.
Help please.

I'm truly sorry about the long wait,
Port completed, but there is a little issue with the account itself, a ticket has been sent ref #: 7370337
Please periodically try rebooting your phone in about 1 hour from now and everything should be working fine.

Since you did not complete the activation first time, your account was not created.
Now, it seems that 2nd time your activation either went through successfully or it partially did. Put the sim in your phone and see if you get signal. If you created an account 2 weeks ago, how were you able to process again? Sim should not be valid if you already activated. Why were you not charged the first time?
Where are you trying to log in? Did you receive an email from Public Mobile after activating?
