Hi support team/members
I subscribe to Public Mobile on Saturday January 24th 2026 and requested my transfer of number from my Cogeco account to public mobile. I got a message from Cogeco confirming the same and I said yes to that. However then I received a message from public mobile saying that there is an error in transferring the number. I called Cogeco today and they mentioned that my number is still in service with them and is not transferred. I have raised a support ticket on this issue as well with public Mobile, on which I haven't received a response yet . Please let me know what is the best way to resolve this issue . Thank you
