I didn't receive an sms to transfer my # (been more than 90mins)

I tried submitting a ticket and keep getting error

I have the same problem. Cannot submit ticket PLUS cannot login to my account because their glitchy system does not send verification code to my email and my phone.

@Gagwen  No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
