Hi,
I had an agent authorized my account with a temporary phone number, I don't have my sim card, unable to check my account or sign in because it requires a second step verifications. Is there someone who can help?

On the login page, do you get an option which reads, "Didn't get the code?"
Tapping that should get you this, with an e-mail option:
