Unable to reset my password

I had forgotten my self serve password so I reset it. I have reset the password almost 20 times and everytime i go to log in with my new password it says i cant that they dont match. Is there someone who i could get answers from?

@kylerm, the password reset function is not working.  You need to get the moderator team to assist with passwor reset.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.
