Hello,
I am trying to change my plan from the 90-day to 30-day month to month. The plan I require is the following: 30-day pass, unlimited provincial talk, unlimited text, 2gb data. Total showing is $50 +tax. I topped up the auto-filled amount and have a balance of $50 but when I try to change the plan I continue to receive the message "Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later."
Please let me know what you require from me to change my plan. Hope this can be done as quickly as possible as I require the use of my phone. Thank you.
