I am trying to transfer my line from Fido but the line just stay active with them where I have been using a temporary number from public mobile. It has been like this for several months although I said yes to the cancellation sms from Fido many times. Can someone plz help?

Did you reply to the text from Fido with YES confirming you are porting over to PM?
This is the most critical step in porting your number over.
Just pm a CS_Agent for them to contact Fido and resend the text. Since your Fido account is still active. You should get a text from Fido to complete the porting.

@Satomi352 , I had a friend who had problems porting in a number from Fido. You need to use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
