I tried porting my koodo number to PM but I got a message saying it cannot be completed and to contact CSR. Please let me know the information that is required for the port and I'll provide it, thanks!

He did exactly that. He said he got an error while porting from self-serve. Hopefully, staff member can help porting his number.

Please send a private message with the following info to @Mary_M asap:
1. Your public mobile phone number or email address used for signing up or sim card number.
2. your Koodo phone number you wish to port to pm.
3. Koodo account number
4. Koodo PIN or IMEI number of the phone u were currently using with Koodo.
Hang in there, this will get sorted.
