Unable to order e sim through app

Can someone tell how to get esim?

what make / model is your cellphone. Could be it's not esim compatible with Public Mobile.

When you are on the app, click on the Account tab at the bottom. Then next page, scroll down to where it says Purchase SIM card. Click on that and you'll have two options. However, if the app says your phone is not compatible, the eSIM option may not be there.

I have an account and theres only option to purchase physical sim

download the app to your or friend cellphone. Create an account for yourself and activate a plan, then you can order an esim.
