@g1bwu: I just heard from the moderators that this was an outage and should be resolved now. Could you please try again? If still not working, try rebooting your phone and test again

There’s an outage. No estimated time to repair as no one knows how to get in touch with PM technical. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.
