Unable to log in due to max atrempts

Hi there, I'm unable to log-in to my son's public mobile account (want to add autopay) due to max attempts.  Tried emptying cache and cookies and restarting browser but the to no avail.  I'd like to add auto-pay ASAP as the payment is due on Sept 14th.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

And so much for their chatbot. I could log in but I couldn't seem to do much. I guess their chatbot is also linked to downtime.

That's solid advice thank you, just called 611 and was informed by an automated message that the service is undergoing maintenance and is unavailable at this time and there was no indication on when it will be live again.  Will go through the process of submitting a ticket.

 open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it,

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

have trouble with Chatbot: private message CS_Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

@DarrenH did you try the Forgot Password link there?  Try any email addresses you could have used and see which one gets the Reset email in the end

Do you know if there's already a card registered? Do you know the 4 digit account pin? You can toggle autopay by dialing 611 on the phone or 18554public from another phone.
