I can’t log in to my account linked to my phone number, and I don’t have a pin. Therefore, I have no way of paying my bill and I’m getting increasingly more and more frustrated because this happens almost every month. It locks me out of my account, says an hour, I wait a day and it still continues to say I’m locked out and can’t do anything. Can’t even change my password. How the hell do I pay my bill.
