I have purchased a sim card from the store and activated it online. When I put the sim card in my iphone there is no service. I have changed my APN but nothing works. Please help!

@lolipolis your SIM maynot have provisioned correctly. Contact the moderators and ask them to fix it for you.
There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

After trying the above suggestions and still no avail, you may to connect your iPhone to iTune running on your PC or MAC to update carrier info.
You can also update the carrier info from your phone

@lolipolis Make sure that your phone is unlocked. Also, do you have a chance to test the sim in another phone?

iPhone reset network settings:
1. From the home screen navigate to Settings>General>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
If prompted enter your passcode
3. Tap Reset Network Settings
4. Restart your phone

@lolipolis hi was the phone with another provider? is it unlocked? did you sign up online what does your self serve say?
