Unable to get into my account.  My email does not work, says my SIM is invalid, don't have my new number.

Is there any way to get into my account without this information?

So, if the activation was done at the store and was not completed successfully but money was paid then I suggest getting in touch with the moderator team to straighten everything out.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

You need your phone number to create your self-serve account online since your plan was actiavte in store.

Step 1: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Step 2: Put your new PM SIM card in your phone.  You need to receive a text message from PM with 6-digit code from step 1.

 

If you don't have your phone number, send a text message to your friend and ask your friend what is your phone number.

I don't believe it was completely activated, but it was in the store that we received the SIm card.  Money already taken out of his visa/debit account. Recieved a "welcome" email.  

We were to come back to the store to transfer the number and put the SIM card in.  He was not in the day he told us to come.  We were not thinking and did not get any reciept or confirmation number.  We don't even know what temporary number he chose to make the account.

He made the account just in case the deal for the plan would not be there but will do it all for us once we come back (my fiance plan was not done until the 28th of this month). We have the email saying the next payment date is in December but cant get into the account.

@acharity, did you just activate, at a store or online???  Is the service running?  Further details are needed in order to provide a focused suggestion.
