Unable to confirm my identity

I just purchased BF 34$ for 20GB and I wanted to see if I can swap to the 34$ for 40GB deal that literally just appeared, but I was in the process of verifying my account. When I got to the confirm your identity part to confirm full access, I'm unable to get any texts or codes. There's no way to use email either. I'm using esim

A side question I have is, am I able to switch from the 20GB plan to the 40GB plan using this number once I get access? I'm kinda frustrated because I missed it by less than an hour
