I am unable to change the plan as on next billing cycle using self serve.

@im_shilpa Is your plan active? If it is then you should be able to schedule the plan change but if it's suspended then that option is not available, so you'll need to first make a payment to reactivate the account and then should be able to schedule the change.

Is it because of there being no plan details (blank)? This is an issue with the website. Please try a little bit later but using incognito/private mode of your web browser.
