I’ve tried about 4 times today to change my payment method to my working debit card, the site is saying I an unable to change it at this time. Why is this? When will I be able to change it?

PM payment system is buggy 😞
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

@Lja would you believe it is super difficult to update payment info?
Many had this complaint.
Don't try anymore today, the system probably locked you out already.
When you do try again, use a different browser, a different device if possible and clear cache first.
Many days they have better success using the PM app. Try that today.

@Lja You may need to wait full 24 hour before trying again and when you do try with new browser window incognito mode /private mode or from another device . Also can give the app a try instead of. And not you can’t use debit card unless it a visa debit card regular debit bank card won’t work . But if your in a hurry you can buy latent vouchers from shoppers drug mart /7-11 / shell gas and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating CC later
