Unable to change my phone number

I can't seem to change my phone number, i searched on the forum few months ago and it said that the system only allow 1 number change per month and it's been at least 2 months but now i still get the same error "failed".

Please advise

Please use internet explorer browser. This worked for me.

Login to your self serve you will see change number option also try different browser if that doesn't help then contact mod dept
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
