Im unable to call and  texts out. I pay today plan ACtTIVE What do I do?

Try to restart your phone.

Try to reinstall the sim card info your phone and restart it.

 

If that doesn't work, then you'll have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have them look into your sim card and provisions.

 

Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

If you are a longtime customer. Try rebooting your phone by powering off your phone by holding down the power button and power off then power back on with the phone logo.

 

If you a new customer porting your number over to PM then the porting is incomplete. Contact a CS_Agent.

 

If you a new member and picked a new number then reboot your phone.

Hi @Jenyaras111 doe it show connected to PM?

 

try reboot phone first. 

 

if still not work, try reseat the sim cardor try the sim on another phoneand did you try to test it on different area?  maybe just network problem in your spot
