Hi
I have this add-on, 400min INTL Long Distance but I am unable to call Singapore
when I dial 65(country code) and followed by the number, I get the message `8UV1 as the call cannot be completed`
would appreciate any assistance on this matter.

@Psn if you are frustrated with the community I would suggest your option is to contact mods. The mods are very helpful and they are in fact "customer service" There have been plenty of people felt super frustrated but after dealing qith the moderators had a different approach.

Try a network reset on the phone.
Toggle airplane mode on, then off.
Put the SIM card in another phone to determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
If PM service issue, then likely will need to contact moderator.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

It may be easier for you to start your own thread for your issue. A few questions: is your account status active? Does text, data work? Did you reboot your phone? Maybe try your SIM card in another phone to rule out hardware issue.

If you recently added the package, make sure to restart your phone to get it working.
To call Singapore from Canada, dial: 011 65 (Then the number you are calling)
011 - Exit code for Canada
65 - Country Code of Singapore.

dial: 011 - 65 - Area Code - Land Phone Number
011 - 65 - 8 Digit Mobile Number
Maybe reboot phone and try again. Make sure account status is active.
