I think you got this error at the end of the activation using the app? are you activating esim or physical sim ?
if physical sim, check if the sim works. If eSIM, do you get a Welcome email with a QR code for esim installation?
if you tried them all, then have support agent to check for you, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@mingo123 Are you using the app to activate . Not website . All activation need the app
