Unable to activate plan

Hi, I have recently purchased a subscription with PM, but i am unable to activate the plan. I can't change my phones region due to a subscription on apple which will end in may. Therefore i cant download the app to activate the plan. 

I wasn't aware of this before purchasing the plan. Also I had gone with an eSim option rather than a physical sim card.

I have been trying to contact the customer support team for the past few days to get this plan cancelled with no luck.
I have been unable to submit a ticket as well (this is before the maintenance from 4th-5th march).

I don't want to pay for a plan i cannot use.
There's no contact number to call or even chat to someone.
I tried the live chat option but I'm getting automated replies.

Any sort of help would be very much appreciated.

I had download the app onto another device of mine but im not able to go any further than the ' lets complete your activation' step

@Ankitaa - Ask a friend to download the PM app and use your CC information if they are trustworthy. Then use your e-mail and don't let your friend download e-sim onto their phone. You will use the QR code e-sim in the activation email to use the e-sim.
