Hello, I ported my number today from Fido. I am unable to send or recieve SMS. MMS are working.
Also I am unable to recieve any incoming calls but can dial out.

Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute window or porting will be in limbo.
If you did reply, try rebooting your phone to see if that helped. Also check to see if your old SIM is still working. If it is working then porting isn’t completed.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket. Or DM them by clicking on your avatar then Messages.
