Unable to access my data plan

Hi I recently purchased a phone from Amazon. It's supposed to be unlocked.  I am able to make and receive calls. I am able to use wifi if needed for the internet. The issue is I am unable to use internet if wifi not present.  

Please help.

you might have a bit of work for Umidigi phone.  You will need to update the APN to make it work

Start with just click Reset All Networks. 

If that does not help, you will need to create a new APN for PM network using the parameters below
