I seem to have the wrong password and have been locked out of the account.
I haven't recieved an e-mail to reset my password although I chose the option.
Is there any way to fix this?

Include your 4 digit PIN as well as the phone number in that message. Also, turn on email notification of private messages as you have only a limited to reset your account when notified.
