Hello,
I just ported to Public Mobile from Wind Mobile for the promotional $120/90 days with 12GB LTE/Ontario wide calling.
So far there have been no problems in terms of reception or data connection.
I did run into a problem today.
For my work, I am required to call into the company's automated directory but for some reason, when I call my company phone line, the line is busy! The line being busy is impossible since it's an automatic pick up by an automated computer where I press "1" to access certain options, etc.
Any ideas how to solve this!?

what is the prefix on the number - for example is it a 1-888 or 1-866 number?

Have you tried rebooting your device? Did you just recently activate your account? It may need more time to fully activate. Also, try using another PM device to call the number to see if it works!
