Unable to Activate eSIM

I have just subscribed for a plan and tried scanning the QR code provided twice, but the message I got was “unable to activate eSIM, try again or contact carrier”.

Thank you everyone in the community for your kind assistance and tips. I have got a new eSIM from a CS agent and it is working now!

If you can't set up an eSIM on your iPhone
