Unable To Receive Incoming Calls

I switched my phone plan from Fido over a week ago, and I am unable to receive incoming calls. I can make outgoing phone calls and can FaceTime with people, but when I am called on my number, it goes straight to voicemail. I've tried resetting network settings and turning airplane mode on and off, and my phone isn't on Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Focus, etc. This issue only appeared after switching phone plans.

It sounds like the porting is not completed so contact a CS_Agent for assistance.

Check your Fido account to see if it is active. It should be closed once porting is completed.
