My recently purchased Umidigi F3 phone works well, sending and receiving text messages.
However, it refuses to send picture messages. I have triple checked all the APN settings they all look good but it still won't work.
Anyone have any ideas ?
Current settings as follows:
Name public mobile
APN sp.mb.com
PROXY not set
PORT not set
USERNAME not set
PASSWORD not set
SERVER not set
MMSC http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS PROXY 74.49.0.18
MMS PORT 80
MCC 302
MNC 220
APN TYPE default,mms,supl,hipri,fota,cbs,wap,xcap,rcs,bip,vsim
APN PROTOCOL IPv4
ROAMING PROTOCOL IPv4
APN ENABLED
Anyone have any ideas how I might get this feature working again??
Thanks

I purchased the same phone last week and I am having the exact same issue. Would you please tell me exactly how you managed to be able to MMS messages?

Since we're revived, of course you have your cell data on right? And each time you edit the APN you're saving it, and selecting it to be the active APN, and going in and out of airplane mode to reconnect the network using the updated settings?
Adding - hard reset would be the last thing to try. Please try out the other ideas suggested and give us some updates before you go doing a hard reset.

Try to change these couple ones to :
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
