If you have a dual-SIM option with this device, you may wish to try utilizing the other SIM slot in the device to see if you notice a difference in function.

If the phone is working okay in WiFi and not on mobile data then the network settings needs to be looked at.

Something is disrupting your network connection.

Try removing the SIM card and gently cleaning the contact on the SIM.

You can also gently blow inside the SIM card slot of the device.

Also, try manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if this improves services.

Are you able to try your SIM card into another compatible phone to see if the same issue happens?

If the same issue happens in another device and above troubleshooting not working, I would think this is an account issue that hopefully the CSA's can reset.

Umidigi A 11 is compatible so it should be ok.  , can you make outgoing calls and receive incoming?

Just want to confirm it is not your account or SIM, did you try to put the SIM in another phone and test it out?

Try to change the Network to 3G Only and see if it helps

If still fails, tell us what is the current APN settings
