I just bought a Umidigi G100 from Amazon.
I am able to talk on the phone, on the network, but i have no acces to data. Is there any incompatibility between those 2? I went to Telus to have some help but they are useless. We try many ways, plane mode, reset network, blah blah... Nothing is working...
Do I need to replace this phone?

Hello @melaniiiie
To confirm if your phone will work with Public Mobile, please see this link. At the bottom of the page, you can insert your IMEI number and the system will advise you if it will work with Public Mobile.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte
Check and adjust your APN settings.
Navigate to your phone's Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Access Point Names (APNs).
Create a new APN and enter the following details:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
APN Protocol: IPv4
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D
Save the new APN and select it as the default.
Restart your phone and test your data connection.
