So your problem is that it's not letting you make a payment?

Have you tried the 611 service with that card or with a voucher?

 

If you would be more comfortable in a different language, you could use Google Translate from that language to English.

Do you mean that you can’t pay for your plan with you debit visa??? Can you use another credit card or did you try with 611? Or you can buy voucher in store too.

Are you on autopay?

If not and you were doing a manual top up then it is vital that all information is exactly like what is on your visa debit card/account.

Have you used this card before?

Do you have a Public Mobile account?

Is it in suspension?

Is it more than 90 days in suspension?

Is the service just not working for some reason?
