Looks like it wasn't a roaming one, however I also purchased roaming with data that isn't working either so... I'll get help

@sitsandgiggles one additional thought: are you 100% sure you purchased a 10-day US Roaming data add-on, and not a non-roaming add-on? Did you complete the second part of the purchase (likely the issue if you see an Available Funds balance that is higher than normal by the amount you paid for the add-on).

@sitsandgiggles , were you able to confirm that the data add-on purchase was completed successfully? Do you see the data add-on in the self serve account overview? If you are seeing the add-on in the overview, you should initiate a support ticket by clicking on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page.
