USA calling is not working

I just landed in Seattle, in the US for the first time since I've had public mobile. I am paying for Canada-US-Mexico coverage and I cannot get any connection here at all. I tried to call my family to pick me up and the call didn't connect, it didn't go through. Even the text to my (Canada) phone number now that I am in the US didn't go through. I had to use WhatsApp to call for the ride and it looks like I will have no phone ability outside of WhatsApp while I am in the US. What is wrong? How can this be fixed? I am paying for US coverage and I have none and really need it.

what phone do you have?  it could be related with your phone is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist and US no longer has 3G network

this is the VoLTE whitelist, only phones there (or the newer generation) will have VoLTE

or you can try the different US network as well.  Try manually connect to each of the network and test: TMobile, AT&T and Verizon
