@v2k here is how to message the moderator team. They can definitely help with this. They will remove your almost used up add-on, and add a fresh one for you. You should probably do a manual top-up for $20 first in self-serve so that the funds are available in your acount, and then do this:

Unfotunately, you can only buy the same add-on once during the 10 day period, you will have to wait until the full 10 days is done before being able to purchase another one.
You can try sending a message to the Moderators to see if they can do a manual purchase on the backend to top up your account with the add-on.

You can only buy another US add-on of the same denomination on day 11 after the activation of the first one.
