I just signed up with Public, transaction and signup was completed, however it does not recognize my self serve account is in the system, if I try to sign up or retrieve password it does not send me a verification code?

Try creating an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

If it doesn't work, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your email address, sim number, phone number and a PIN number.
